Previously on The All-State Tournament … OK, so everybody probably knows the deal by now. We are matching up the best baseball players from 16 states in a March Madness-style tournament. The original plan was to have people simply vote on the better team … but then the amazing folks at Strat-O-Matic stepped in and offered to simulate all the games.
