Three weeks until Houdini

I don’t know if I mentioned this before, but I wrote a book called The Life and Afterlife of Harry Houdini. The reviews are beginning to come in, and I’m blushing. My first box of books arrived. I’m going a little bit mad with anticipation now.

I’ll have a proper update later in the week, but I wanted to let you know that:

  1. I have now put up a tour calendar in the About section of JoeBlogs. I’ll update that every time we finalize an event, so you can keep an eye on it (if you like).

  2. I’m working on a couple of fun contest book giveaways. Will keep you updated.

  3. Yeah, mainly I wanted to tell you about the calendar.

Also, I should link to my latest piece at The Athletic so I don’t flood your inbox with multiple emails today. I wrote a season-ender, where I (for the last time!) broke down the home run madness and offer up my award choices. I don’t give you my choices for manager of the year because I think that award is dumb.

Houdini! Don’t forget you can still preorder a signed and inscribed book from Rainy Day Books. And I will inscribe anything you want, within reason, including: “I promise to stop shamelessly promoting this book.”*

*Book inscriptions are not legally binding.
